Introducing practical AI applications to care organisations.
This project explored AI applications for care facilities, including communication chatbots, voice-based access to information and digital quality-management handbooks. The tools were developed with specialist AI partners.

My work covered the website, presentation materials and communication around the applications. I also built a LinkedIn group on AI in care that grew to more than 400 members and organised a webinar attended by over 150 people. The focus was on explaining what the tools could do in everyday care operations.
